◆ Carefully fill in all the required details in the admission form.

Step 3 : Submit the Form

◆ Verify the information and submit the form.

Step 4 : Visit the School Office

◆ After submission, parents must visit the school office for further process.

Step 5 : Entrance Test

◆ Entrance exam will be conducted.
◆ Selection based on performance.

Step 6 : Admission Confirmation

Admission will be confirmed after:

◆ Document submission
◆ Verification
◆ Fee payment
◆ Completion of formalities

ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ

LKG ರಿಂದ VIII ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿವೆ. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅರ್ಜಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಗಳು

ಹಂತ 1 : QR ಕೋಡ್ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ

◆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ QR ಕೋಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಿರಿ.

ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ⬇️

ಹಂತ 2 : ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ

◆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ.

ಹಂತ 3 : ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ

◆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು Submit ಮಾಡಿ.

ಹಂತ 4 : ಶಾಲಾ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ

◆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

ಹಂತ 5 : ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ

◆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
◆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಂತ 6 : ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ

ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ ನಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ:

◆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು
◆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು
◆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಶಾಲಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು

ಪೋಷಕರು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಹಾರ್ಡ್ ಕಾಪಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಉಳಿದ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.
